NEED TO MISS A CLASS?
We ask that if you are going to miss a class, you inform your teacher at least 12 hours before the scheduled class. The teacher will then contact you to reschedule the class for a day and time that works for both of you. Monetary credit or a refund for those missed classes cannot be given. Teachers will reschedule up to two cancellations per month provided a notice of at least 12 hours was given. After those two cancellations, however, the teacher will not reschedule. No rescheduling will be offered when students have not provided a 12-hour notice nor will a refund or credit be given for those classes.
